Possess the United States degree of doctor of medicine (MD) or doctor of osteopathic medicine (DO), or a recognized international equivalent. Physician members may vote, participate in committees and hold board positions.

Physicians who possess US degree of MD or DO, or a recognized international equivalent, and are serving in residencies or fellowships. A letter from your director certifying status is required. Resident members may vote, participate on committees and hold certain board positions.

Individuals employed by entities providing products and/or services designed to treat pulmonary conditions and illnesses.

Individuals who prevent, diagnose and treat a range of pulmonary conditions and illnesses as part of the health team to provide the best patient outcomes. Allied Health members may vote, participate on committees and hold board positions.
